Medio Tiempo describes of top two leaves of a tobacco plant. These leaves are closest to the sun and get all the goodness the plant has to offer. The issue is that these leaves are hard to work with and don't get used or featured that often. Between one in eight to twelve plants can yield usable Medio Tiempo! The good people at Forged Cigars scored some of these leaves and came up with this blend. These US Connecticut Habano Meido Tiempo tobacco leaves are combined with a Connecticut broadleaf binder, fillers from Honduras, Nicaragua, and the Dominican Republic, and wrapped inside of a thick Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper. The flavors are nice; offering hints of baking spices, sweetness, and caramel.
