It even has tobacco from my favorite island in Nicaragua, Ometepe. Enjoy the spice, earthiness, nuts, and dark coffee hints that this bad boy exudes.
The Gran Habano #5 Gran Robusto ( 6 X 54 ) is another attempt at George Rico trying to fool us. It says "Gran Robusto", it's really a Toro! This cigar could very well be one of the best Corojo cigars in the world. This smokey and peppery blend consists of Nicaraguan Corojo leaf wrapper paired with perfectly aged tobaccos from Nicaragua, and Costa Rica. George and his father are great guys crafting great cigars. This one tends to be a bit on the full side!
The H. Upmann 1844 Anejo Toro ( 6 X 54 ) are rolled in Honduras with a double-fermented Ecuadorian Habano wrapper, a broadleaf binder, and a mix of Honduran, Dominican, and Nicaraguan fillers. All the tobaccos used for this blend have been aged for a minimum of 5 years. Thus the name Anejo was picked by Elmer. Elmer is the master blender and creator of this fine cigar. This cigar has sneaky power, however, it is refined and has hints of nuts, leather, and cacao.
Avo Classic #2 ( 6 X 50 ) is a mellow to medium cigar that is a "go-to" in humidors worldwide! The cigar is comprised of vintage Dominican tobaccos for the filler and a delicate Connecticut Shade wrapper. Made by Hendrick Kelner in the DR, this cigar is known for delivering a consistent smoke that is light and pleasant. This cigar costs about $11.00 in any retail setting! It's a head-turner and timeless classic.
